Jean-François WETZEL, wine and liquor specialist. With Jean-Francois you are sure of a warm and friendly welcome. He will guide you through the menu, offering advice about the different food and wine combinations. His goal is to ensure that each and every client has the best culinary experience possible. He is assisted by Anne-Catherine, with her 30 years of experience in different restaurants of Strasbourg.

Mathias WENDLING, a young and dynamic chef. He has the never-ending challenge of creating new dishes as well as maintaining the quality of "L’Oignon" specialities, victims of their own success. Mathias uses quality local products, and with his technical expertise, he offers a refined and savoury cuisine. With his assistant Alvaro, they form an effective duo, passionate about their work.
